Earthquake!
Yikes! We just had an earthquake in Virginia!
I've lived in Mexico City and in Los Angeles, and used to be used to them, but this one had a definite 'crack!' to it and that's something I have never heard before. I'm in a brick building, and it was swaying, and the plants in the office were all aflutter, too.
OK,that's it! All's quiet again.

Hey! someone took a picture of me beside our Honeysuckle Project display
This picture was taken at Sock Summit 2011 where Wool2Dye4 was one of the sponsors. The display is of our Honeysuckle Project yarn, which is the basis for our breast cancer awareness project.

BFL tribute to Mr. Wool
Today I had a wonderful surprise in my mailbox, a package with two miniature socks from a customer. The small one is knit in BLF Ultra!, colorway 'Limitless,' a great name. This was such a wonderful yarn which was lost in the fire in the BLF warehouse last October; the larger one is BFL Aran, colorway Iced Gingerbread. She wrote such a sweet note, thanking us for providing such wonderful yarns.
Now, it's not every day that such a letter arrives. This is the sort of thing that brings home how unique this lineof work is, and how we are in touch with so many different personalities and talents. Here is a picture of her tribute to Bluefaced Leicester yarn. Thank you, my friend.
